SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped out from Sydney, Australia.

 

When you place an order on My Pet Land, we promise to ship out your item(s) within 2 business day, Monday through Friday. This means that within one business day of your online purchase, you can be assured that your package is handed over to the Australian post for prompt delivery. All orders include an Australian post tracking number so that you can go online and see where your package is en route.

 

Note: Our offices are closed on the weekend, so any orders placed on Friday will be shipped out first thing on Monday.
